Good morning.

I heard the Moody Blues song "Tuesday Afternoon" this weekend, and wondered if it was about someone who went on such a weekend bender that he finally woke up on Tuesday Afternoon. (Unusual, a rock song from the 60's about intoxication.)

That would really suck, because he didn't even call in sick to work Monday, and probably has to use vacation time to make up the 2 days of work he's missing.

OK, so I'm writing a BLOG (welcome to it, by the way).

I don't even really know what "BLOG" stands for. Maybe...

Big Lot Of Garbage. (Lots of great BLOGS out there....uhhhh huhhhh!)
Broken Links On Google (Many BLOGS eventually pass on. So sad.)
Bringing the Light Of Genius (Um, good luck finding those BLOG pearls of wisdom.)
Bright Lights Over Georgia (This doesn't even make any sense.)

...you get the point. Or, maybe you don't. Actually, even if you don't, that's OK.

In my esteemed opinion, I think a BLOG is really just a good place to sort of have a brain dump for the stuff you think is worthy of remembering.

Have you ever had a moment where you came up with a quotable line out of nowhere, but probably forgot about it later, only to have it be lost. Well, I figure maybe writing some of those down might be kind of cool, and maybe those who know you may be interested to read that sometimes too.

I'll hope to entertain you more than bore you, and for sure if I don't find it at least a little entertaining or intregueing, I won't bother posting it.

So, my blog will be full of me, or snipits of me and my life. After rejecting several other titles (Boring Life Of George, Bringing you Lots Of George, etc) I settled on what I think best describes my brain dumps.

And I went with...

Load
Of
George

And that...for me...is what BLOG stands for.
